These terms are an agreement between you and Raluna, run by Aldi Irawan (“Raluna”, “we”, “us”). By using Raluna you agree to them. Please read them along with our Privacy Policy.
You get the app through Google Play (Android) or the App Store (iPhone). Your licence to install and use it comes from that store: the Google Play Terms of Service, or Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement. These terms add Raluna’s own rules. Where the two differ on something Raluna-specific, these terms apply.
1. Raluna is not medical care
Raluna helps you keep track of your cycle and how your body feels, and suggests gentle things to do. It gives general information and observations from your own notes. It does not diagnose, treat or prevent any condition.
- Period and fertile-window estimates are estimates. They are not contraception and not a way to plan or avoid a pregnancy.
- Nara’s cards and letters are written automatically from what you share (our Privacy Policy explains how). They are not medical or mental-health advice, and they can be wrong.
- Lessons in Nara’s Library are general information with their sources listed. They don’t replace a doctor.
- Moves and stretches are gentle, but stop if something hurts, and ask a doctor first if you’re unsure.
If you think you might be in danger or need urgent care, call your local emergency number. Raluna shows help lines for your region, but it can’t reach anyone for you.
2. Who can use Raluna
Raluna is for people aged 16 and over. If the law where you live asks for a parent’s or guardian’s consent at your age (in Indonesia, under 18), use Raluna with their consent. Private notes are only for people who are 18 or older.
3. Your account
You can use Raluna without an account. If you make one, give a real email address you can reach, keep your sign-in to yourself, and tell us if you think someone else is using it. One account is for one person. You can delete your account at any time in the app (You → Data & privacy).
4. What you write stays yours
Everything you log and write in Raluna belongs to you. You let us store and process it only to run the features you choose: backup, cards and letters, friends, partner sharing. This permission ends when you delete it or your account, except for copies the law makes us keep.
Cards and letters Nara writes for you are yours to keep, change and share. You are responsible for what you share with others.
5. Friends and partner
Be kind. Don’t use your display name, hugs or invite codes to harass, threaten, impersonate or spam anyone, and don’t pick a name that is hateful or sexual. We may remove a name, or stop someone from using friends, when a report or our own check shows these rules were broken. You can block or report anyone from their card.
Partner sharing shows one line about your period to the one person you link. Link only someone you trust. Either of you can unlink at any time.
6. Raluna Plus
- Plus is an optional subscription bought through Google Play or the App Store. The price, the billing period and what Plus includes are shown in the app before you buy.
- It renews automatically at the same price for the same period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends. You manage or cancel it in Google Play (Payments & subscriptions) or in your iPhone’s settings (your name → Subscriptions), or from Raluna.
- Free trial: where offered, it’s for new subscribers only. You’re charged when it ends unless you cancel before then. Raluna reminds you two days before the trial ends.
- Refunds are handled by Google or Apple under their rules. We can’t issue them ourselves.
- If a price changes, the store tells you first and, where the law requires, asks you to agree.
- We may add, change or remove Plus features over time. We won’t take away something you’ve already paid for in the current period without a fair replacement or a refund through the store.
- Your rights under consumer law (for example, rights to cancel or to a refund where the law gives them) are not affected by these terms.
7. Nara’s things
Coats, outfits, room items and the moon jar are part of the app. They have no money value, can’t be sold or transferred, and are a licence to use inside Raluna, not property. Items you earned or got with Plus stay with your account. We may retire a collection; items you already have stay yours to use.
8. Fair use
Don’t:
- copy, sell or redistribute Raluna, its art, its lessons, or Nara
- try to break, overload, scrape or get around Raluna’s security, limits or paywall
- use Raluna to break the law or to hurt anyone
- put anything in Raluna that isn’t yours to share
9. Our work
Raluna, Nara, the art, the animation, the sounds, the lessons and the app’s text belong to us (or to those who licensed them to us). These terms don’t give you any rights to them beyond using the app.
10. Changes and availability
We keep improving Raluna, so features may change, and some may need an account or an update. We try to keep it running, but we can’t promise it will always be available or free of errors. If we ever close Raluna, we’ll give you notice and a way to export your data first.
11. Responsibility
We provide Raluna as it is. As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for decisions you make based on its estimates, cards, letters or lessons, or for indirect losses. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes rights you have as a consumer that the law doesn’t let anyone take away, or our responsibility where the law doesn’t allow it to be limited.
12. Ending
You can stop using Raluna and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that seriously or repeatedly breaks these terms, after a warning where that’s reasonable. Your data is then handled as our Privacy Policy says, and you’ll be able to export it first unless the law forbids it.
13. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. If something goes wrong, write to us first at hello@raluna.app and we’ll try to sort it out together. If we can’t, you can use the consumer dispute services and courts available to you: in Indonesia, the Consumer Dispute Settlement Body (BPSK) or the competent district court. If you live in the EU, the UK or another country with consumer laws that protect you no matter which law is chosen, you keep those protections and can bring a claim where you live.
These terms exist in English and Indonesian. For users in Indonesia, the Indonesian version prevails.
14. Changes to these terms
If we change these terms in a way that matters to you, we’ll tell you in the app before the change takes effect. If you don’t agree, you can stop using Raluna and delete your account.
